Daffodil and Grameen established a joint venture IT Education venture in 2005. The is named as Daffodil Grameen IT Education Limited and the newly established organization intends to work as an IT qualifications awarding body and beside this, prepare the course curriculum for the information & communication technology and its related subjects, maintain the quality control procedure & provide the certificate after taking exams.

Daffodil and Grameen both is expecting that the new joint venture company will help the unemployed youth to become an ideal & well skilled labor force & that will help the country to solve the unemployment problem and as a whole contribute to the national economy.

In view of the fact that mass poverty in most developing countries like Bangladesh, the critical role of training in furnishing badly needed skills to improve productivity, incomes and equitable access to employment opportunities seems particularly obvious and straightforward.
