Diagnosis and services
Under this scheme we will inspect your faulty/ suspected systems thoroughly and place a diagnostic report to you. According to the report you will have to manage the required spares on your own. Then further services may also be provided based on your requirement. The location for this service can be either at our workshop or your premises.

Yearly Hardware Maintenance Agreement
In order to reduce maintenance confusions and to strengthen the service, we also offer maintenance under Yearly Hardware Maintenance Agreement computer Clinic’s engineers will visit and render preventive hardware servicing according to predefined schedule. The number of servicing visit may be 2/3/4/6/ times in the agreement years. Besides Computer Clinic’s engineer will attend the on- call service within an agreed upon time. Thus under this service agreement, you will be receive benefits both the regular preventive hardware servicing and on call services. Purchasing a computer is not the solution but to keep running and smoothly operation also one of the major criteria.

Preventive hardware Maintenance Service
By this extra ordinary service you can check and maintain your foreseeable/ suspicious computer equipment before it fails. Particularly to keep your computer equipment free from dust, viruses, and improper electric circumstances.

On call Service Support
Some times you may be in a problem with your system to get services. You can call us over telephone, fax and obtain our service at your premises. If possible we will fix your system at your location. The response time is 3 (Three) hours within Dhaka city.
