Our company takes special initiative in recruiting talented and dynamic professionals and provides them a working environment conducive to individual growth and development. Significant investment is made to develop and the retention of its employees. We continue to offer wide range of internal and external training to develop skilled manpower. In the FY 2006-2007 we have provided different categories of trainings to 63 employees from several of home and abroad organizations. We have sent six technical & marketing personnel to India, five to Singapore, four to China, three to Malaysia, and two to Korea, and one to US for overseas training. We have also sent forty two managerial & marketing personnel to several local training institutes for professional training.
